The question in this grievance is whether the grievant was properly compensated for the service day of August 4, 1982. During our discussion, it was mutually agreed that the following would represent our understanding of this case. In accordance with Section 432.3 of the Employee and Labor Relations Manual, an employee is entitled to only one meal break per service day.
