During our discussion, we mutually agreed that there is no interpretive dispute between the parties at the National Level as to the meaning and intent of Part. 432.442 of the Employee and Labor Relations Manual concerning overlapping of hours from an old schedule to a new schedule. It is agreed that Part 432.442 of the Employee and Labor Relations Manual is to be applied in this case.
