The issue in this grievance is whether management violated the National Agreement by sending the grievant home after 2.70 hours work. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the following constitutes full and final settlement of this case:
The grievant shall be compensated the average number of hours worked by other PTF clerks on the day in question. The terms of this agreement are nonprecedential and apply only to this grievance. This document contains two Article 19 related issues; a Clerk Craft Step 4 Settlement Agreement on page 1 and a Maintenance Craft Step 4 Settlement Agreement on page 2.
