The question raised in these cases is whether the grievant's position should be reranked because she works with a WANG computer. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no National interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in the cases. Whether the position is properly ranked can only be determined by evaluating the fact circumstances involved. Accordingly, as we further agreed, the cases are hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, if necessary.
