The question raised in this grievance involved reemployment of a former full-time regular employee under 546.212 of the Employee and Labor Relations Manual.
After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. We agreed that the pre-arbitration decision (copy enclosed) in case H8C-NA-C 50 sufficiently addressed the issue in this case. The employee in question was reemployed in accordance with the provisions of 546 of the ELM.
