The question raised in this grievance involved a change in the "restricted sick leave" program at the local office and retention of disciplinary records. During our discussion, it was mutually agreed that the following would represent a full settlement of this case. The use of "restricted sick leave" at the local office is optional as determined by local management. However, restricted sick leave is administered in accordance with ELM-513.37 when utilized.
