The question in this grievance is whether management violated Article 19 of the National Agreement by not granting the grievant' s request for the restoration of 32 hours of sick leave. The sick leave charge resulted from a controverted COP claim. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no National interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. Whether or not the grievant's claim was processed in accordance with established procedures would have to be determined by reviewing the fact circumstances involved. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for furtherĀ· processing if
necessary.
