The matters presented by you as well as the applicable contractual provisions have been reviewed and given careful consideration. We mutually agreed that a blanket management order requiring medical documentation or 0th.er acceptable evidence of incapacity to work from all employees who call-in on a particular day, regardless of individual circumstances, goes beyond the intent 9f Part 513.361 of the Employee & Labor Relations Manual and should not be used.
