We mutually agreed, that where sick leave abuse is not at issue, current Postal Service instructions for placing employees on the Restricted Sick Leave List require the establishment of an absence file, which includes maintenance of a PS Form 3972, Absence Analysis, and the review of PDC Quarterly Printouts (or attendance control logs) at given quarterly intervals. The instructions should be strictly followed. The above agreement constitutes full settlement of all issues in this grievance.
