Based on the evidence presented in this grievance, management properly denied the grievant' claim for the loss of his bicycle. However, the employee should have been supplied with a Form 2146 to file a claim for lost property whether or not management had determined the legitimacy of that claim. Therefore, it is our conclusion that no violation of the National Agreement occurred and the grievance is denied.
