The question raised in this grievance involves whether grievant is entitled to leave used in connection with a claim of on-the-job injury. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that all questions in this grievance should be settled by the final adjudication of the grievant's OWCP claim. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for application of the OWCP decision and/or final disposition at that level.
