The issue in this grievance is whether management is proper in denying the grievants' request to be relieved of their stamp accountability. The facts in this case indicate that two regular clerks with stamp credits have requested to be relieved of these credits and to have the credits assigned to PTF clerks. It is the position of the Postal Service that there is no contractual obligation to honor the grievants' request. The assignment of stamp credits is determined by the needs of the local office. Based upon the above considerations, this grievance is denied.
