This decision supersedes my decision dated August 19, 1981.
The question in this grievance is whether or not management violates Article XIX of the National Agreement with regard to eliminating the use of money order validation plates. The grievant expresses a concern for security. Investigation has revealed that the requirements for using validation and limitations plates have been rescinded on a trial basis at this time. We mutually agreed that if after the trial basis a decision is made to permanently eliminate the use of validation and limitation plates, the Union will be notified. Combined with UID 2196
