The issue in this grievance is whether Article 8 Section entitles the involved employees to receive Sunday Premium. After reviewing this matter, we mutually agreed that no National Interpretive issue is fairly presented in this case. It is further agreed that Sunday Premium is paid only if the employee is scheduled to work at any time within the period of 12:00 midnight Saturday and 12:00 midnight Sunday (example: Sunday Premium is paid for work performed at any time after 12:00 midnight Saturday and before 12:00 midnight Sunday). Accordingly, we agreed to remand this case to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, including arbitration if necessary.
