In the instant case, the grievant received six (6) hours of back pay for missed opportunities of overtime. The back pay did not include night differential. If the six (6) hours in question were between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the grievant will receive night differential. Accordingly, this grievance is considered settled.
