It was mutually agreed to full settlement of this case as
follows:
1. Employees will be assigned l hour of training time for every 16 scheme items.
2. In addition to the qualification examination at the end of the employee's 90-day deferment period, upon request the senior bidder will be allowed no more than 2
early attempts to qualify.
