Having reviewed the information contained in this case file, we find that the use of a "Low Density Item list is allowable under the provisions of Pub. 118. Such items would not be included in the 1000 items allowed per scheme. However, the employee will be held responsible for proper sorting of such items on proficiency checks, but not on scheduled case re-examinations. There being no violation of pertinent postal regulations or of the National Agreement, this grievance is therefore denied.
