The question in this grievance is whether the grievant should have been compensated.for scheme study time. It was mutually agreed to full settlement of this case as follows:
1. The grievant successfully completed the scheme training.
2. During the training period, the grievance was the successful bidder on another assignment for which the same scheme was required. Therefore, the grievant is to be compensated for the scheme study.
