The question raised in this grievance involved whether employee was given proper study time for changes and corrections on her scheme. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. Whether the provisions of 435.1 of the M-5 Manual were followed in this case is a matter for regional determination. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, if necessary.
