The issue in this grievance is whether the grievant is entitled to compensation for scheme study on job 1160 (manual scheme only) when she was placed in job 206 as the "then qualified" bidder. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the following constitutes full settlement of this cases:
1) The grievant shall be compensated for scheme study time spent on the 01/04 manual schemes.
2) This case will be remanded to the local level to determine the type of compensation due consistent with the provisions of Postal Bulletin 21397 dated March 31, 1983. The terms of this agreement are nonprecedential and apply only to this grievance.
