The issue in this grievance is whether management violated the National Agreement by requiring employees to train on manual schemes only after tour. During our discussion, it was mutually agreed that the following constitutes full settlement of this grievance:
Senior bidders who elect training hours out-of-schedule have the option to train only on scheduled workdays either immediately before or immediately after regular work hours.
