The issue in this grievance is whether management's failure to provide off-the-clock manual scheme training to the grievant prior to her begin tour violated the National Agreement. During our discussion, it was mutually agreed that the following constitutes full settlement of this grievance. Senior bidders who elect training hours out of-schedule have the option to train only on scheduled workdays either immediately before or after regular work hours.
