The dispute concerning "on-the-fly" relief was arbitrated before Arbitrator Mittenthal (H1C-NA-C 49) and a decision has been rendered. While the arbitrator concluded that the M-15 revision with respect to "on-the-fly" rotation was not in violation of the National Agreement, the relieving operator is allowed to make necessary console lamp adjustments in the angle intensity of the light. The relieving operator is also allowed to make necessary chair adjustments. Accordingly, we further agreed to remand this case to Step 3 for possible application of the award.
