During our discussion, we mutually agreed that there is no Interpretive dispute between the parties at the National Level as to the meaning and intent of Part 522 of the Supervisor's handbook. It was agreed that it is not the intent of this section to allow modifications (i.e., wedges which prevent all slots being utilized). Accordingly, the parties agree that where this situation exists, modification will be made in a ·reasonable time so as to ·permit the. rest bars to operate as designed.
