The question raised in this grievance involved allied duties of MPLSM ledge/loaders. The parties at the national level agree that the subject duties are consistent with Part 452.2 of the M-54 Handbook. Therefore, these cases are suitable for regional arbitration. Accordingly, as we further agreed, these cases are hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, if necessary.
