It is agreed that pulling bins and clearing jams on the sweep side of the LSM are bargaining - unit duties. Local management is instructed not to perform bargaining unit work except where permitted under the terms of the National Agreement. Accordingly, this grievance is remanded to Step 3 for determination of the appropriate compensation.
