The question in this grievance is whether or not management violates Article XIV of the National Agreement with regard to employee safety and health as may be affected by LSM chair positioning. The Union contends that management will only allow the chairs to be adjusted once and that adjustment is to be made at the beginning of the tour if the chair is unusually high or low. We find no prohibition against an operator making a reasonable and necessary adjustment of the LSM chair.
