We mutually agreed that there was no interpretive dispute between the parties at the National level as to the meaning and intent of Article XIX of the National Agreement at it relates to allowing employees to adjust their LSM chairs. The parties should reasonably apply parts 1, 2, and 3 of
Appendix F of the P-24 Handbook. Accordingly, as further agreed, this case is hereby remanded back to Step 3 for application.by the parties at that level and further processing, if necessary.
