The question raised in this grievance involved the assignment of non-MPLSM duties to MPLSM operators when they are not being utilized to operate the MPLSM. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is·fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. MPLSM operators may be assigned duties in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 452.le of the Handbook M-54.
