The issue in this grievance is whether management properly staffed the LSM's with less than four (4) employees during rest and lunch breaks.
During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the following constitutes full and final settlement of this case: The MPLSM's in this office will not be operated with less than 4 consoles running during rest and lunch breaks.
