The issue in this grievance is whether employees working SPLSM's are entitled to 15-minute breaks after 2 hours as provided in the M-54 Handbook. During our discussion, we mutually agreed to settle this case as follows: Break times as specified in the M-54, only apply to employees working on MPLSM's. This agreement was made on a non precedential basis.
