The question in this grievance is whether management properly required the grievant to key mail after returning from a break. On a non precedent and non citable basis and without prejudice to the position of either party, the parties at the national level agree to the following as final settlement of this grievance: Management properly instructed the grievant to return to the MPLSM to key mail as fifteen minutes had lapsed since the grievant had previously performed the keying function.
