The question raised in this grievance involved an allegation that management failed to properly maintain the MPLSM training consoles, thereby causing certain employees to fail the training. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. Whether the consoles in this facility were properly maintained can only be determined by application of the specific fact circumstances. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing if necessary.
