The question raised in this grievance is whether management properly assigned (2) two sweeper-tyers to the MPLSM when (12) twelve consoles are in operation. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. We agreed that under the present M-54 provisions, a minimum of (3) three sweeper-tyers will be used when the MPLSM is operating with (12) twelve consoles and is in full production. The parties at Step 3 are to apply the above cited agreement to the specific fact circumstances involved in this case in order to settle the issue in dispute. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing if necessary.
