The issue in these grievances involves the staffing of sweeper/tyers on the MPLSM. During our discussion, it was mutually agreed that the
following would represent a full settlement of these cases:
Under the present M-54 provisions, a minimum of three (3) sweeper/tyers will be utilized when the MPLSM is operating with twelve (12) consoles and is in full production.
