The question in this grievance is whether management may assign (2) two sweeper-tyers to the MPLSM when (12) twelve consoles are in operation. During our discussion, it was mutually agreed that the following would represent a full settlement of this case:
Under the present M-54 provisions, a minimum, of (3) three sweeper-tyers will be used when the MPLSM is operating with (12) twelve consoles and is in full production.
