The issue in this grievance involves the amount of brush-up training allowed. During our discussion, we mutually agreed to close this case
with the following understanding:
1) The issue is moot as the grievant qualified on the machine July 9, 1986; and
2) Part 383,1 of the PO-405T (issued October, 1986) applies to the circumstances of this case.
