The grievance concerns whether additional employee shall be assigned to the flat sorting machines specifically to cull flats before they are handled by the ledgeloader. We mutually agreed that the issue in this grievance is not interpretive. Staffing requirements in addition to those specified for the FSM operation must be based upon local fact circumstances.
