The issue in these grievances is whether management used an incorrect rotation on the flat sorter machine which was staffed with (6) six operators. After reviewing this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in these cases. We further agreed that this issue is suitable for regional determination based upon the particular fact circumstances of the cases. Accordingly, we agreed to remand these cases to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, including arbitration if necessary.
