The dispute raised in this grievance involves whether management presented the EDIT tape and corresponding sample letters to the grievant as soon as possible. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in the instant case in that the EDIT tape and corresponding sample letters were shown to the grievant as soon as possible, after completion of the grievant's keying cycle as set forth in Handbook M-16 Part 633. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 2 for further processing if necessary.
