The question in this grievance is whether or not management violated Article 37 of the National Agreement by conducting EDITS on employees who worked overtime on a non-scheduled day. After carefully considering all available information, it is the position of the Postal Service that management did not violate pertinent regulations or Article 37 by conducting EDITS on employees who were working overtime. According to the grievance file, the locally established frequency for checking LSM operators was followed as well as the random selection method established in Handbook M-16. Accordingly, as we find no violation of the National Agreement, this grievance is denied.
