The issue in this grievance is whether management is proper in posting ZIP Data Log Sheets annotated with the operator's names. After further review of this matter; we agreed that there was no national interpretive issue fairly presented as to the meaning and intent of Article 19 of the National Agreement. The parties at this level have determined that this practice has been discontinued. This case is to be remanded to the local level for further discussion and resolution. Accordingly, we agreed to remand this case to Step 3 for further consideration by the parties.
