The question raised in this grievance involved the placing of employees' names on R-3 Reports and alleged improper use of those reports. During our discussion, we agreed to resolve this case based on our understanding that information from R-3 Reports will not be used as a sole basis for discipline and that the reports will not be used to replace EDITS.
