The question in this grievance is whether management violated Article XXV of the National Agreement by not compensating Automated Markup clerks at a higher level when they sort and mail out Forms 3547 and 3579. After carefully considering all available information, it is our opinion that the duties described in the grievance do not justify compensation at a higher level. The task of sorting and mailing out Forms 3547 and 3579 is considered to be an integral part of the Computerized Forwarding System function. Accordingly, as we find no violation of the National Agreement, this grievance is denied.
