The question in this grievance is whether the grievant, a Mail Distributor PS-4, was properly compensated for work in the pouch rack area. Subsequent to our discussion, Arbitrator Mittenthal ruled on the National Arbitration H1C-NA-C 28, and the parties implemented that decision by an agreement dated June 26, 1984. It is the position of the Postal Service that the above cited agreement will resolve the issues in this case. Accordingly, I suggest we agree that this case is resolved.
