The issue in this grievance is whether level 6 pay is warranted for preparing bank deposits and consolidating the 1412. After reviewing this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in this case. Article 25 covers higher level pay and the qualification requirements of the Window Clerk position enumerates what skills are required. Accordingly, we agreed to remand this case to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, including arbitration if necessary.
