The issue in this grievance is whether management violated the National Agreement by removing from the union's bulletin board information relative to non-union members. After reviewing this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in this case. We agreed that this matter requires application of the Gamser arbitration award issued on grievance no. N8-W-0214, to the facts in this case rather than an interpretation. Accordingly, we agreed to remand this case to the parties at Step 3 for further processing as stated above.
