After a thorough discussion of· the issue it was agreed that the following would represent a full settlement of the cases in compliance with Arbitration Gamser's Award of case N8-W-0214. Management will not interfere with the posting of notices containing the names of non-members unless or until the Postal Service can prove that the material is unsuitable for posting because it has caused or will cause an adverse impact upon the ability of postal authorities to direct the workforce and to manage its operations efficiently and productively.
