We mutually agreed that the issue in this case is whether local management properly removed literature from a bulletin board maintained by the local Union under the provisions of Article XXII of the National Agreement. During our discussion, we concluded that the referenced literature was improperly removed from the Union bulletin board. We therefore agreed that this grievance is resolved on the basis of this determination. (With Interpretation)
