It was mutually agreed to full settlement of this case as follows:
1. The PO-502, Container Method Handbook, is to be used in training supervisors and managers on the proper use and application of mail transport equipment.
2. The handbook will not be cited to support a disciplinary action. However, employees may be instructed as to the proper method of handling equipment, and may be subject to the appropriate corrective action should they fail to follow instructions.
3. The PO-502 is not a handbook within the meaning of Article 19 of the National Agreement.
